Randy Smalley has been working dogs for over 45 years and is a performance judge in the sport of schutzhund.  He has also competed on the world team in Europe in schutzhund.  Randy has shown and competed with several dogs in the European show ring.  He has taken five dogs from the puppy stage to schutzhund 3.

Adding to all of this he has also competed and won at Regional Events in schutzhund.  He has certified 5 dogs in explosive work, handler protection, and patrol work.  He has helped too many dogs to count in obtaining schutzhund titles.  He has been the training director for different schutzhund clubs and titled several dogs in AKC obedience.  He has also worked with several breeds.  Randy has worked and managed several breeding kennels and boarding kennels.

Randy joined the Brush Creek family in 2018 as Training Director and in addition to his training responsibilities he has mentored a number of assistant trainers.  Randy's wide-range of training experience is invaluable to the Service Dog industry.
