Fee Schedule – Brush Creek Service & Therapy Dog Center, Inc.

Our program includes three formal evaluations, regular training sessions, and optional board-and-train services.
All fees are payable at the time of service. Service Dogs will need to complete all 3 levels, we recommend Therapy Dogs complete Level 1 and Level 2. You should expect some training sessions to be at other locations. 

Evaluations:

1. Level 1 – Core Skills Evaluation – $150

   • Conducted at our kennel.

2. Level 2 – Community Skills Evaluation – $200

   • Conducted in Stillwater unless otherwise arranged.

   • Additional travel fees apply for alternate locations.

3. Level 3 – Comprehensive Public Skills Evaluation – $250

   • Conducted in Tulsa or Oklahoma City.

Training Sessions:

• Assessment of a dog for suitability will be $100 an hour at our kennel and should not take more than an hour; additional travel fees for alternate locations.

• $100 per hour, in-person at our kennel; additional travel fees for alternate locations; each session will be about an hour.

• Each session includes homework to complete before the next appointment (approximately one month for an average handler).

• Between sessions, trainers are available for phone calls or text questions at no additional cost.

• Zoom training is available at the same hourly rate if a second person is available to hold the phone so we can view handler and dog.

• Supplemental training videos can be sent if additional visual instruction is needed.

Board & Train:

• $2,500 for 4 weeks.

Training a service dog is a significant time and financial commitment. Success depends on many factors, including the dog’s temperament, health, and the handler’s consistency and participation. While Brush Creek Service & Therapy Dog Center will provide guidance, resources, and professional instruction, no specific outcome or certification is guaranteed. All fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice.
